Sofia Partida, A long time proponent of tequila and food pairing, something Lucinda Hutson, the Martha Stewart of Tequila, has been doing for a very long time.
“My father made wine — he had a little winery in Yuba City — and now I feel that people are ready for the next stage of Tequila, to treat it like fine wine, to match its flavor profiles with food, to learn more about the regions in which it is produced,” Sofia Partida says. ~ Source: SFGate
