WHAT TO EXPECT

Northwest Tequila Fest 2016 is on! Here are some details on what you can expect when you attend Northwest Tequila Fest:

INDOOR/OUTDOOR EVENT

They are changing the game a little this year and switching venues! The Fremont Foundry will be their home in 2016, and if you have not been in the space for the event, it is a very cool and versatile space. While it is mainly indoor, there is a courtyard and a large rooftop deck that will house a VIP lounge, so be sure to dress appropriately!

This is also going to be a bigger, two-day event! Having two days doesn’t just meant twice the fun, it also means they are going to be able to do more than ever before!Buy Your Tickets Now!

FRIDAY EVENTS

Friday night is when the party begins! They will have music, nibbles, and a Welcome Party for their Añejo level ticket holders in the VIP lounge (for more ticket information, go here) Their onsite retail shop will be open for you to purchase your favorite agave spirits tax free, and festivities start at 6pm – just in time for Happy Hour!

Friday Hours: 6pm-9pm (VIP access at 5pm for Reposado and Añejo level tickets)

SATURDAY EVENTS

Saturday will keep it going with more music, food, cocktails and seminars with guest speakers! Starting this year, they will be offering educational seminars for you to check out, with a range of topics and experts to give you the skinny on all things agave.

Saturday Hours: 5pm-8pm (VIP access at 4pm for Reposado and Añejo level tickets)

TASTING

Northwest Tequila Fest is first and foremost a tasting event. Each one of their 130+ bottles of tequila, mezcal and stool are available for you to sample! With the purchase of your General Admission ticket you will receive 8 tastes and 3 nibbles from Seattle area restaurants. Tastes will be .5 oz each (1/3 of a shot) and spit buckets are provided for those who are in it for the long haul. Water will be plentiful to keep hydrated, and they encourage folks to take their time and enjoy each delicious drop!Your tastes are also good for Cocktails and Beer, which will be available throughout the festival. And if you run out of them, not a problem! You will be able to purchase more the day of the Fest.

FOOD

They have partnered up with Seattle area restaurants, who have been providing tasty bites every year. As they get closer to the event, they will announce who will be providing food at this year’s event, along with traditional Mexican juices and sodas.
